Calling all Santas, Calling all Santas!!! Oh look, they must be having another one of those Santa Claus conventions?!? HA HA HA...Of course this crazy holiday tradition continues into 2009... Whether you're still talking about previous year's hysterical night of holiday cheer or whether you're envious from hearing the non-stop buzz around town... You are now officially invited to the annual "Santa Claus Bar Crawl" in Reston Town Center! It's a riot!! The rules are simple... 1) Wear a Santa suit. I know what you're asking - Do you absolutely have to dress up as Santa Claus...no, but dressing up is required! Other festive ideas include sexy Mrs Claus, a frisky reindeer, a naughty elf, the holiday armadillo...just use your imagination. Each year, we have 100+ fully-dressed Santas! 2) Every hour, on the hour, we move to a new bar until we're all singing carols by the big Christmas tree (perhaps a little off key). Note: This year, we're keeping tradition and starting at TBD in the Reston Town Center at 8:00pm. Ok, I dug my Santa Claus suit out of the closet. Here are some ideas on where to get your Santa Claus suit, - Borrow one. C'mon, you must know someone?? - eBay, that's where I got mine (Thanks, Handycane) - Masters Costumes ( http://www.masterscostumes.com ) - Walmart, Target, Party City... - Beat up the fat guy at the mall or outside KMart Each year, I receive a WARM welcome from every bar I approach with this event.
