We will take a trip up to eagle country on the Skagit River. We will meet at Smokey Point (old Food Pavillion parking lot, NW corner) and carpool to Howard Miller Steelhead Park in Rockport. Best eagle viewing is before 11:00AM, (so they say). The website for the park is here HMSP for more information. This will be weather permitting so be to check the night before for updates. From I-5 northbouond, take exit 206 (Smokey Point), turn right (east), turn right just past the gas station - just before Wendys.
