Making fresh pasta at home is easy with the right recipes and a little know-how from Sur La Table. In a class designed just for teens, they'll learn to make dough from scratch, prepare it for the pasta machine and turn out fresh pasta by the mile. We'll also highlight a variety savory sauces that come together in a snap to complete the meal.
