This is a monthly series on meditation practice. Not a class in meditation, this is time and space to meditate in. Bring your life into balance by spending time reflecting in sacred space. Where comfortable clothing, bring an open mind, and get ready to spend time listening. You might also want to bring something comfortable to sit on, such as a blanket, mat, or pillow.
