Don't forget this Wednesday... our first Cardio Samba Fusion class meets at 8:30pm and is FREEEEEEEEEEEE! Give yourself one hour this week to let your hair down, shake the stress off and burn several hundred calories in a completely new way. We will give away 3 FREE class cards! We will have fun moving EVVVEEERRRYYYYTHING! I am sooooooo excited to get down with all of you Sambalovers! WHY I AM I STARTING UP A SAMBA CLASS?: I love Samba because not only is it a fun challenge in the uniquity and diversity of its rhythms, but because it allows the dancer to learn how to be free...light on your feet, letting your hips go, tapping into your creativity and sensuality, and controlling your energy in a way so uplifting and stimulating to the soul.
