Greater Arlington Running Group Meetup

The main purpose of these meetups is to network with other runners in the area and participate in some fun running activities. But since everybody has different training programs and agendas, I want to make each meetup's run as interactive as possible and invite all participants to bring their ideas and suggestions for how we can plan subsequent runs. I'm always open to trying new routes, running at different paces, or meeting at other starting locations. All ideas are welcome. With that said, here is the regular agenda for each run. 6:45 - 7:00: Arrive at meeting point 7:00 - 7:05: Warm-ups, review route, last minute stretching 7:05: Start run (we'll wait a few extra minutes if we know you are coming!)
