Template for New Events

Suggested Title: Place: Date/Time: Min/Max People: Cost(s): What to wear: What to bring: Releases/Policies/Disclaimers: Transportation/Parking: What's included/Comps/Specials: Pre/After Parties: There is a way to do this now with Drafts. Type up your list and format it, then save as a draft called "TEMPLATE". Tell your AO's that when they create a new event, use this procedure: METHOD A 1) Go to "Schedule a Meetup." 2) In the top right corner, click "You have 1 unpublished draft." OR METHOD B 1) Go to "Calendar" 2) Click the "Drafts" tab. then ... 3) Click "Copy" under "TEMPLATE". This will open a new event to fill in based on your code, but Copy keeps a copy in Drafts, ready for the next guy! If you click "Edit" instead of "Copy", TEMPLATE will be gone after you post it.
