Tract 1 - Professionalism

Learn to mean what you say and say what you mean.. in both the spoken and unspoken communications you send, with Crystal Clear Communication, Part One.  This seminar is designed to reduce conflict and help you get the results you want.  Perfect for building staff to staff or staff to parent communication and relationship. 
 

Crystal Clear Communication, Part II
In this workshop, participants will learn how to make sure the message they want  to give is received in the way they want it received creating more meaningful relationships and minimizing the stress caused by mis-understandings.

 
Character Education for Preschoolers
From honesty to kindness- research shows the importance of social development in building values during the preschool years.  Learn what's appropriate (and what's not!)  and go back to the classroom with ideas to add to your lesson plans.

Refund/Cancellation Policy and Photo Release:  All refunds will be in the form of training coupons.  No monetary refunds. Cancellations must be in writing and faxed 48 hours prior to seminar.  Teachers who miss training due to a documentable emergency may submit a coupon request the following work day after missed training, and call that day for a confirmation number.  Approved requests will be issued a confirmation number that matches the coupon.  In the event Early Connections cancels a training event, centers will receive double training coupons.  Please note that photos may be taken and used for promotional materials at this training.  If you do not want your photo reproduced, inform your instructor in writing at the event.
 
Childcare policy:  To maintain a high quality training event, please make child care arrangements in advance.  Children are not allowed in training sessions!
