Description
At about 8:10(Gregory by 8:00)am, a few of us will meet for a light breakfast at Los Pastores Mexican Rest. at 1823 W. Pioneer Pkwy. and leave for practice by about 8:55. We'll practice from 9:00-9:50 am. We'll be practicing Standing Qi Gong(Chi Kung) followed by moving Qi Gong in the form of Closet and Traveling Tai Chi.
