Description
Those who arrive early can enjoy Mindful Walking and meet back at the Picnic Shelter(ultramodern) at the center back of the park where we'll practice from 8:15 to 9:00 AM. We'll be practicing Standing Qi Gong(Chi Kung) followed by moving Qi Gong in the form of Closet and Traveling Tai Chi. When we break up, some may want to avail themselves of the many nice walks and trails and others may feel like going to breakfast, nearby. And of course, some of us may feel like practicing more.
