Autumn is a great time to get outdoors, explore some local trails and enjoy the beautiful changing scenery! Hikes from 1 hour to 10 hours will be covered, along with ideas on the best gear for day hiking, nutrition & hydration tips, proper footwear & clothing as well as suggestions on low-impact hiking, and safety precautions.
