The Apache Junction Indian Music December Meetup

I thought we would meet the first meeting as an ice breaker, however do bring your instruments, voices, and Indian Music CD's to share with tne group as welll ;I also thought that we could decide on whether we want an organized meeting with one or more of us sharing knowledge about indian music and composers; for instance I love sitar music and Ravi Shankar, but know NOTHING ab0ut him personally; if you also like Native American music amd composers such as R.Carlos Nakai and he has strongly influenced your composing or playiing of Indian music bring those CD's as well ! I thought we would try to decide on a refreshment committee cause Indian music should have good Indian food and sweets to make it special; I also have a great idea, that maybe our group can go out to one of many great Indian restaurants in the Phoenix Metro Area every other Saturday azfter the regular meeting.
