New to Sunday Morning Programs at Jewel Heart!
Gelek Rimpoche will be the weekly speaker for the Sunday Morning Programs, 10 - 11am, with "Tibetan Buddhism with Gelek Rimpoche".

You are welcome to participate in any or all of the following Sunday Morning Program activities:
8:30 - 9:30am - Concentrated Meditation - Lightly guided meditation sessions that introduce singular focus on the breath. Developing skill with attention and focus, we strengthen our ability to develop clarity and insight.

9:45 - 9:55am - Welcome session

10 - 11am - Tibetan Buddhism with Gelek Rimpoche - Revered teacher and incarnate lama Gelek Rimpoche brings to life Buddha's revolutionary message of compassion and wisdom through his fresh grasp of today's modern life and language. Grounded in the authentic roots of the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, his personal experiences and the experiences passed along from the masters before him, his talks offer pearls of wisdom that seem peculiarly suited for each listeners needs. With each Sunday comes the promise for treasures of insight to consider and implement towards positive benefit in our everyday lives.

11 - 11:30am - Tea, Cookies, and Conversation - Time to chat over tea and cookies.

11:30am - 12:30pm - White Tara Guided Meditation - A guided visualization meditation session working with White Tara, Tibetan Buddhist goddess who embodies all enlightened compassionate activity. White Tara is particularly associated with all forms of healing as well as with longevity.
