Beachbody P90X support group Meetup

Hey it is time to make up your mind and do something about getting in shape. This will be our first meet up. if you have started the workouts good for you and don't stop just take it one day at a time. If you have not then lets plan on a date and time at stay with it. I want to give everyone the opportunity to voice in their questions and concerns. I am not an expert but have a few words of wisdom to share. Join me at the meeting at 7 pm and we can talk about what we need to do to be a success.
