4th Annual National Capital Area Cake Show

The 4th Annual National Capital Area Cake Show (NCACS) showcases spectacular decorated cake displays created by world-class sugar artists. There will be cake displays, demonstrations, hands-on-challenges, vendors, youth programs and more! This year we will have three live cake challenges as seen on Food Network and TLC-Ultimate Cake-Off. Please join us in cheering on your favorite Cake Celebrities.

NCACS features two separate cake competitions – divisional and wedding. The divisional show has separate categories for youth and adults, from beginners to master sugar artists. The divisional competition also includes categories for tiered and non-tiered cakes of all kinds, taste, cookies, and sugar showpieces!

NCACS has something for everyone. It is fun for the serious foodie, brides to be and for families! This year we will carry on the tradition of the People’s Choice Award. Everyone who attends the show is given a ballot and can vote for their favorite cake from either the divisional or wedding competitions. There will also be hands-on classes as well as free demonstrations by world-class sugar artists. There will be two youth classes per day and then ongoing cookie and cupcake decorating for kids.
