Walking Event: Mounds State Park

After entering gate - Indiana Fee $5.00 / Out of State fee is $ 7.00. Visitors Center is at your left ( also called the Nature Center ). The center is open from 9 am to 5 pm daily. (Hours change to 9 am to 4 pm during winter months. Trail Description: Trail will be on hilly terrain in a forest setting going passed the Children's Sensory Garden, thru a picnic area, two Sensitive Biological Sites, up and down many stairs, the Great Mound. along White River, also pass A Deere Enclosure, pass the Camp Store and Camp Ground Do not recommend strollers and wheel chairs.
