Description
The first 3.5km of both the 5km and 10km routes follow the route through downtown Anchorage combining historical and artistic highlights with the viewing of brightly decorated fiberglass fish sculptures ("Wild Salmon on Parade"). The 10km route follows a portion of the new $12 million trail along Ship Creek where silver salmon are swimming upstream.
