Ever wondered how to cook elk? Then join ORSO Chef Rob Kinneen as the guest chef at this week's Bon Appetit Chef demo. Taste the dish, ask questions, take home the recipe and be entered to win one of four $25 gift certficates to ORSO. Free. Just come to the design center, under the green awning across the street from SBS' main Anchorage store.
