Adaptive Yoga

Start the New Year out right by joining us for the January session of our Adaptive Yoga class.This class is designed for those who feel they have limited strength or mobility. Poses are adapted to the individual’s current conditions while honoring your strengths and limitations. Wheelchairs and walkers are welcome.

Mats, blankets, and straps will be provided.

The class will be on Wednesdays, from12:30-1:30pm at Access Alaska, 121 W. Fireweed Lane.
The cost is $25.00 for four sessions. There is also an $8.00 drop in fee
available
