The Orange International Street Fair

Hello Members, The Orange Street Fair is back in town. September 3rd to 5th in the city of Orange. This is an opportunity to pay tribute to the various cultures that compose our great county. This year the fair committee is looking for volunteers to help with security and information. All the profits of the fair go back to non profit charities in the community. So, whether your looking to attend or volunteer you will be giving back to our beautiful community! This is a no host event as of now but you are welcome to e mail me if you would like to meet up. General Info about the Orange Street Fair: Every Labor Day weekend for the past three decades, the Orange International Street FairSM (OISF) in downtown Orange has been the place where friends, families and neighbors get together to experience a wide variety of food, music and dance from cultures and ethnicities throughout the world. Whether it?s Philly Cheese Steaks, Italian Sausages or Greek Loukoumades, the Street Fair never fails to tantalize the taste buds of the half million Fair goers every year. The theme for 2010 is ?7!!?SM. The Orange International Street FairSM has served millions and remains a mainstay in Orange for over 35 years. What you may not know is that every dime of the profits from the Street Fair goes to non-profit charities that help people in our community. More than fifty organizations dedicated to serving people in Orange and surrounding communities rely on the Orange International Street FairSM as one of their biggest fundraisers of the year.
