Practical Strategies for Surviving the Economic Downturn and Managing through Uncertainty.
The current economic crisis has left many executives lacking confidence in their decision making, feeling indecisive about what the next steps should be, and trying to keep employees motivated while they see their colleagues around them being laid off. This forum is designed to help executives become high performance leaders and profit from uncertainty, by delivering the insight, tools, instincts, and confidence they need to capture success through corporate stability.
Event Set-Up: We’ve set this up as the IIR ‘Executive Education Series’. Basically looked at what all the business schools were offering and tried to build upon their format. Sessions are all around 2 hours in length and more in-depth on the 8 core topics we’re focusing on. We blend authors, with academics, with Fortunee 500 executives- so leadership THEORY meets corporate STRATEGY.
