Fermented Vege-Kraut Class

John and Thalia Call will be guiding a step by step instruction on the creation and fermentation of vege-kraut. We will also go over other methods for adding probiotics to to our diets, either through the food we prepare or by supplementation. We ask that every one who attends brings a raw or living foods dish to share for 4-6 people and $5. The money will be used to contribute in keeping the space we use open for future lectures and classes and for the cost of extras like food, disposable napkins, utensils, paper plates and paper cups. If you are uncomfortable or unfamiliar with preparing raw or living foods, you can bring sliced organic vegetables or organic greens or an already prepared item from Life Grocery, Sevananda or Return To Eden (as long as it is raw or alive).
