John & Thalia Call, will be giving a class on the fundamentals of preparing living & raw foods and the benefits of this lifestyle as it pertains to nourishing and detoxing the body. Class Fee: $60/per person. The class will cover: The basic science of digestion, Enzymes The difference between living and raw foods Getting the most nutrition out of your food Methods for detoxing the body and recipes, so come hungry. Students will also receive: Printed resource materials and a sprouting jar Plus, a tour of Life Grocery to get everyone acclimated to shopping for recipe items.
