Description
The walk follows a tree shaded hard packed trail along the Little Lehigh River. It goes near a Trout Hatchery and crosses the small river via a covered bridge. The Bogert Covered Bridge is one of the oldest remaining covered bridges in the United States. In 1956, after it was damaged by a truck, it was reconstructed and is now located in Lehigh Park. Length: 145 ft. Width: 15 ft. Built: 1841
