The Real Deal Investment Club Standards, Mission and Code of Conduct encourages and promotes all members to contribute their knowledge, experience and ideas for the constant improvement of the individual and the real estate community today and in the future. The intention of the Real Deal Investment Club Standards, Mission and Code of Conduct is to hold each member accountable to a high level of integrity, morals and ethical standards. You agree to personally participate and invest in collective collaboration of creating and sustaining a positive, energetic, safe and successful atmosphere, not only at The Real Deal Investment Club but within our community here in MD, DC and VA. The Real Deal Investment Club and all members guarantees to provide a safe place which will be built on a foundation of ÂÂ"Faith,ÂÂ" ÂÂ"IntegrityÂÂ" and ÂÂ"BeliefsÂÂ" for all investors to grow individually, spiritually, physically and financially regardless of who you are or your real estate experience. Egos are simply not allowed and any ego must be left at the door or you will be escorted out. Recognizing what has sadly been lost over the years I took a leap of ÂÂ"FaithÂÂ" and brought my dream of The Real Deal Investment Club to reality. We have proudly set the standard and raised the bar to new heights. Together we will bring to the forefront of MD, DC & VA Real Estate Investors what you deserve The Real Deal Investment Club members commit to making a difference in the lives of others in ways that encourage success of the whole person, their family and their business for a future of certainty, stability, security and success. The Real Deal Investment Club will be home to pre-determined real estate educational directives that emphasize the personal growth, business development, real estate knowledge and technical skills of each and every investor. Each module will be lead by a local Subject Matter Expert who is an ÂÂ"Active Investor.ÂÂ" Each SME / Invited Guest will have to accept and agree to The Real Deal Investment ClubÂÂ" Speaker Code of Conduct and Standards. This means their material and content must first be qualified and screened before it will be approved for the members. The Real Deal Investment Club is about creating Real Professionals. The use of regular feedback via surveys and performance reviews will allow us to provide you with credible and consistent opportunities that produce successful results and provides us with a means to measure the quality and effectiveness of the education, the SME, the material, the resources, and tools we bring to the Real Deal Investment Club. Due to our integrity and extremely high standards those results which do not meet or exceed our standards will be eliminated immediately. This will then allow for us to focus on providing the quality education, knowledge, tools, and resources that will enhance you, your life and your business. The Real Deal Investment Club and all members will not tolerate any hype, solicitations, hierarchy of groups, ÂÂ"pitch fests,ÂÂ" or anyone who has an ulterior motive. You will be asked to leave immediately and will not be invited back. There will be absolutely no exceptions. The transparency of The Standard, Mission and Code of Conduct allows for clarity and will not be subject to interpretation. Therefore each member will clearly know what is expected, what each member can count on, and what we will not tolerate.
