Special New Year January 1 Noon Until ... Meetup

This is a Special New Year marathon at Red Bob's place, his 3rd Annual Event. Here is Red Bob's description of the event: Happy New Year! Shake out those cobwebs in your head, take a little hair of the dog that bit you, and make your way over to our place for a New Year's Day gaming party! We at the Asylum have a long history of gaming parties... remember the Arkham Horror Halloween gathering, or when we pitted Good versus Evil? Well, now we feature yet another tradition -- our third not-so-annual New Year's bash -- this one on January 1st for a change. Get up -- or, better yet, never go to bed! -- and drop in for a day of boardgaming fun. Come along -- join the party -- bring a spouse, significant other, or friend. We'll have sandwich makings for lunch, pizza for dinner, various snacks all day long, and non-alcoholic drinks of all types. College Football is featured continuously in the background while we play wherever we can find room in the house. Enjoy our game library, or bring your own favorite titles! Lucky guests will take home a door prize to add to their collection. If you'd like, feel free to bring additional snacks, homemade cookies that Santa didn't devour, or any drinks (no alcohol, please!) that you wish. Come when you like, leave when you like -- we won't close down the house until we're incoherent (last time, that meant 4 AM). Start 2010 right!
