Second Thursday of the Month Euchre Night

Why come out tonight? Because you need to practice before heading home for the holidays!! If you have been lurking, consider coming. The people change every month and the conversation flows easily over cards and drinks. We are back at my house for another evening of euchre. Feel free to bring a beverage of your choice to share. If you want to bring a snack to share that is always welcome. Anything goes and if you decide to bring a peach tart, the group will probably not have any leftovers. Please don't be a "no-show." I work hard to ensure we end up with the right numbers and when you don't show, it means that we have to rotate people. Ok, maybe I don't work hard, but we all want to play 4-handed. If you sign-up, and don't show, then we either have to rotate people or play 2 or 3 handed. It's not quite the same. With the flu season upon us, please don't come if you are sick. We have to do our part to stop the spread of H1N1. It is best to be a "no-show" and send me an e-mail then to pass the flu on to others. The house is metro accessible and there is plenty of street property. We are will meet at 7 pm for any newbie in the group and play will begin at 7:30. Last month, we wound down about 10 as people were leaving for the long weekend. Come meet a great group of people!
