Frederick Keys Baseball Harry Potter Night

Here is the info that was provided to me for this event. This would be a good chance for us to do something out of our norm. My name is Anna Applegate and I am the Promotions Manager for the Frederick Keys in Frederick, MD. The Keys are a Single A, Minor League Baseball team affiliated with the Baltimore Orioles. My paid intern and I are both Harry Potter fans and decided to create a night dedicated to Harry Potter here at the baseball stadium. We are having a glasses giveaway, a broom auction with signatures from the baseball players, Harry Potter related on-field promotions, and a magician, along with some other fun things. We are having this night Monday, July 13th. Gates open at 6 pm and the game starts at 7 pm. We are going to have staff dressed up in Harry Potter gear but my attention was drawn to your group and your groupsÂ’ enthusiasm for Harry Potter. I was wondering if some of you might be interested in coming out to the ballpark in costumes to add to the night a little bit. We could hopefully work out complimentary tickets if there is some interest. RSVP by July 6th and I will contact Anna regarding the Complimentary Tickets she mentions.
