Target Gallery
Annually, the Target Gallery hosts an exhibition opportunity for one lucky artist to have a solo exhibition in the gallery.This highly competitive opportunity attracts highly diverse entries from around the country. Artists are invited to submit exhibition proposals to be reviewed by a juror panel made up of arts professionals not directly affiliated with the Torpedo Factory Art Center or the Target Gallery. This years juror panel includes professional ceramic artist Margaret Boozer, VCU painting professor and artist Kurt Godwin, and independent contemporary art curator Courtney Ruch. The deadline for entries was February 4, 2008 and the winner will be announced in early April 2008.
Reception: Second Thursday Art Night, November 13, 6-8pm
