Each meeting includes participant introductions in a roundtable format using positioning statements that are under development, a learning experience centered around one of each of the steps from the facilitatorsÂÂ' book ÂÂ"A Road Map To Re-Employment ÂÂ- 12 Steps To A Successful Career TransitionÂÂ" and accountability reporting of prior weekÂÂ's job search activity. Other benefits include periodic guest speakers that provide valuable insight into the current job market and, of course, the opportunity to network with other job seekers.
