"Tech City," an exhibit about the many aspects of engineering, will open at the National Museum of Nuclear Science & History on February 4, 2012. The 3,000 sq. ft. exhibition includes 20 fun, interactive stations where visitors solve the kind of real-world problems that engineers face with hands-on opportunities for designing, building, testing and modifying. Visitors can also optimize traffic flow, design landscapes that protect from wind, use hydraulics to separate different materials, and much more. There is no additional admission cost to view the exhibit. Group rates are available. The Museum is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 601 Eubank SE in Albuquerque.
