Excerpt from Lamplight Symphony

This is a 6 mile run on the paved bike path along Tramway. We will be going north on the bike path. Bring water and necessary running gear. This event will take place rain or shine. The pace will be in the 9 -11 min per mile range. If you feel this pace is too fast or too slow, you can run at your pace and turn around when the feeling strikes. Remember everyone; this is just for fun and not a race. If any walkers would like to join us, that would be nice. The course is an out and back.
