This is an entertaining film on a serious topic. The Crisis of Civilization is a documentary done with swagger and panache. The subject matter is the systemic connections between climate change, financial meltdown, dwindling oil reserves, terrorism and food shortages. We will spend some time discussing the local and systemic changes needed to transition Albany towards a more equitable, more participatory, and healthier society. Snacks and hope provided.
