The 8K Run is USATF certified and sanctioned, and will be chip timed. There will be cash prizes for the top three overall winners in the male and female divisions, the first place in the male and female masters divisions, the first place in the male and female home-town hero divisions (registrants from Beaufort County) and military divisions. Age group awards will also be given.
