A series of events celebrating the halfway mark of winter in a distinctive Finnish fashion will take place on Jan. 30, 2010 in downtown Hancock. Authentic Finnish smorgasbord dinner and dances, a concert and a Tori Market along with cultural demonstrations, a "Polar Bear Plunge", live reindeer and a great parade starts the celebrations off.
