Online Internet Ministry October Meetup on Community Focus

I plan to present what I think are the four essentials to a healthy online community. We will also discuss how to develop an online community with foundations for growth. What pitfalls to expect and how to negotiate them. I plan to leave plenty of time to discuss what is needed to make this a valuable group for those interested in pooling our resources. For example: Do we need to learn the basics of blogging and hosting? Do we need to talk about online message boards? or more advanced topics like How to use social networks like twitter and myspace to grow your online ministry. I hope by the end of this first meeting we will be able to narrow our groups focus to be valuable to all who wish to participate. Ground rules are these: no politics, and no personal agendas.
