Description
February Cooking Lesson with The Main Course - Sue Boyer
Sue Boyer with The Main Course will be at the Club sharing some delights of the Italian table. The Main Course offers cooking classes, catering and team-building events. From the North Island of New Zealand, Sue is passionate about cooking and sharing her insights on the culinary arts. Classically trained, she has studied all cuisines and has a special interest in Mediterranean foods. She operates her successful business in Plano and will be sharing four Italian dishes with recipes at the class. We will pair each course with Italian wines.

Menu:
antipasto: Porcini pate crostini
secondo and contorno: Roasted herb stuffed porkloin with polenta, Peas with prosciutto;
dolce: Tiramisu (she will demystify this tricky dessert!).
The 2 hour class will begin at 11:30 a.m. Members: $40, Guests: $50; Registration is necessary to hold your spot.

March 14th cooking class with Luciano Salvadore
Luciano Salvadore with Nicolas Ristorante in Plano returns and will share recipes from his home region of the Veneto. He hasnt visited the cooking class schedule since May 2007 so be sure to sign up soon.
