About the teacher: Born and raised in Okmulgee, OK, David developed a passion for Health and Fitness. He has a knack for helping others of all ages accomplish their fitness goals, and innovating their fitness experience. David in currently a Professional Fitness Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Licensed Massage Therapist. Educated in M.A.T (Muscle Activation Technique) and A.R.T (Active Release Technique)Prior to his Professional Fitness career, he played football in the NFL as a Running Back and Kick Returner for the St. Louis Rams. He is also proud Alumni of Oklahoma State University where he was a Running Back spent 4 years as an All American, All Big 8, All Big XII Running Back and the 3rd All-Time Rushing Leader. David graduated with his Bachelors Degree in Speech Communication, Minor Therapeutic Rec. David is an accomplished speaker and presenter in the world of motivation and goal setting.
